What's the Sanrio character ranking?
The Sanrio character ranking poll is a yearly popularity contest where you get the chance to vote for your favorite Sanrio characters! This year's poll features 90 characters (≧ᗜ≦ ) From My Melody and Cinnamoroll, to Adorozatorumary and Hanamaruobake, and a whole lot more!
The first character ranking was in 1986, and has been held yearly since 2012. This year marks the 39th year! Each poll has a new theme, and this year's theme is "Love & Thanks〜All we need is mutual love and thanks!〜" ♡ The visuals this year are too cute!!
How to vote!
You can support your favorite characters now by voting for them on the official Sanrio character ranking website! Here you can check out the profile for each character and vote for as many characters as you like! You'll be able to vote once every day until May 26 at 5PM JST.
The final Sanrio character ranking results will be announced on June 16! There will be two other announcements throughout the event: The initial results on April 16, and the interim results on May 9. We'll get to see which place every character ranked, plus the rankings per region! ☆
